Install it

A compose file, an environment file and docker compose up -d. Migrations run automatically and the first visit opens the setup wizard. The self-hosting page and documentation cover it step by step.

Load your assets

Import your existing spreadsheet as CSV with a dry-run preview (the free template shows the shape), or let devices sync in from Microsoft Intune or Jamf.

Put it to work

Print QR labels for kit and rooms, set the renewal digest, and let the register chase warranties and licences instead of you.

Is there a catch?

One: the free tier is single user. Everything else is the full product, and that is deliberate, because a register you can trust starts with one careful administrator. When more people need access, Team licences start at £199 a year, and if a licence ever lapses the free tier keeps working with your data intact. Nothing expires and nothing needs a card. The limits are exactly the ones stated above.
