This notice explains how Goodhall Solutions Ltd collects, uses and protects personal data in connection with the Tagaris website (tagaris.co.uk). We handle personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

This page is the Tagaris version of the company-wide Goodhall Solutions Privacy Notice, which is the master version of this document and describes how Goodhall Solutions Ltd handles personal data across all of its websites and services.

Tagaris is a self-hosted product. When you install and run Tagaris on your own infrastructure, your asset register and any personal data it contains (for example, the names of the people assets are assigned to) are stored only on your own server. Goodhall Solutions Ltd does not receive, access or process that data. A self-hosted instance makes no third-party calls by default.

3. Cookies and tracking technologies

This website uses only essential cookies set by our hosting and security providers (Cloudflare and GoDaddy). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics. We use Umami, a privacy-friendly self-hosted analytics service that sets no cookies and uses no client-side storage. For full details, see our Cookie Notice. 4. Who we share data with

We may share your data with the following service providers, strictly for the purposes described above:

Cloudflare, Inc. CDN, DDoS protection and security (processes server logs and sets security cookies). Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
GoDaddy website hosting. GoDaddy Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data with any third party.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers (including Cloudflare) are based in or process data in countries outside the UK. Where transfers occur, they are subject to appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right of access, to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification, to ask us to correct inaccurate data.
Right to erasure, to ask us to delete your personal data in certain circumstances.
Right to restriction, to ask us to restrict processing of your data.
Right to data portability, to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Right to object, to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
